The GPU, built on 40 nm manufacturing process, utilizes TeraScale 3 Unified Processing architecture. The card has graphics clocked at 800 MHz. Furthermore, it has 1408 stream processors, 88 texture units, and 32 color ROPs. The Radeon HD6950 2GB GDDR5 incorporates 2 GB of GDDR5 memory.
